The Industrial Refrigeration Consortium (IRC) is a partnership between the University of Wisconsin-Madison and industry, which seeks to improve the safety, efficiency, and productivity of industrial refrigeration systems and technologies. Participating organizations include refrigeration end-users, regulatory agencies, and energy service providers.
